CHICKEN AND WILD RICE BAKE | |
4 - 5 (or more) skinless chicken breasts 1 pkg. (6.25 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® Wild and Brown Rice 1 medium jar pimento (diced) 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 small jar mushroom pieces (drained) 1 medium onion (chopped fine) Boil chicken breasts until tender. Cut meat into small pieces. Cook the UNCLE BEN'S® Rice according to the pkg. directions. Mix soups (no water added). Add mushrooms, pimento, onion, and mayonnaise. Add the cooked rice and chicken pieces. Bake in large baking dish 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F. (May be divided into 2 smaller baking dishes.) |
