Leftover cooked turkey

Cheese slices

Cube or tear turkey into small pieces or cube it. Place in saucepan, pour on barbecue sauce and heat on low to medium heat until hot. Meanwhile open hamburger buns and place a slice of cheese on the inside top half and place under broiler until melted. Make sandwiches with the hamburger buns and eat.

Mike says the turkey barbecue looks like bondo car filler but it tastes great.
