1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine first 3 ingredients with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a bowl, mix well. Press into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and other 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a bowl. Spread over cake mix layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
