Fresh or frozen haddock 3 qts. water 1 tbsp. celery salt 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika Salt and pepper to taste Add fish to large pan when mixture is boiling. Fish is usually done in approximately 10 minutes or until it floats and appears fluffy. Remove and drain. Either dip or cover (in glass dish) with 2 sticks of melted butter, sprinkled top with paprika before serving. |
