MOCK LOBSTER TAIL 
1 lb. haddock fillet, defrosted
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 bay leaf

Cut 1 pound of haddock fillet into 1 inch pieces. Cover in saucepan with cold water. Add rest of ingredients. Boil for 15 minutes - no longer. Drain and serve with melted butter.
