1 lb. frozen haddock
1 to 2 tbsp. Old Bay
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar

Put frozen fish in a pan on top of the stove. Cover the fish with the mixture of the other ingredients and water. Bring to boil. Simmer, covered, for 1/2 hour.
