MOCK LOBSTER 
1 lb. frozen cod
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water
Melted butter

Put the pound of frozen cod into a pan; cover with cold water; put in the salt. Bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes. Drain; cover the cod with cold wate; r add the vinegar. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, then drain. At this point you can break the "block" of cod apart and dip into melted butter and eat it the way you would lobster.
