BROCCOLI AND SEED SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli buds
8 slices lean bacon
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. Best Food mayonnaise
2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
3 scallions
1/2 c. raisins
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sugar

1. Combine in bowl: mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well. 2. Add sesame seeds. 3. Slice bacon in 1/2 inch pieces and fry until crisp. Drain. 4. Mix broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds, scallions and raisins in bowl. 5. Add dressing. Toss well. 6. This dish is even good the next day.
