MARY JO'S SALAMI SHELL SALAD 
3 c. macaroni shells
1/4 c. oil
1 garlic clove
1 dozen parsley sprigs
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Salt & pepper
1/4 lb. thin sliced hard salami
6 tbsp. Parmesan grated cheese

Cook shells; drain and rinse with cold water. Blend oil and garlic until pureed. Add rest of ingredients except salami and cheese. Blend until parsley is all chopped. (Should be like green paste.) Stir mixture over macaroni. Fold in salami and cheese.
