TURKEY SAUSAGE 
2 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

In large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients. Divide mixture into twelve (3 ounce) portions and shape each portion into a patty or link (or shape into patties and some into links).

Spray a nonstick griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat. Add sausages and cook, turning, until browned on all sides and cooked throughout. Makes 12 sausage patties (or links).
