TURKEY SAUSAGE 
2 lb. fresh breast of turkey, ground
3 tbsp. sunflower softened butter
1 tbsp. sage
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Make into patties for breakfast sausage or use browned and crumbled in your favorite recipe. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days or freezer up to 2 months.
