ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Paprika (garnish) on top

Combine all ingredients except paprika. Bake in quiche dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and serve as dip with your favorite crackers.
