ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped shrimp (small)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a 5 x 9-inch baking dish. Cook at 325°F for 45 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or fresh bread.
