MEATLESS MEAT BALLS 
1 c. Hi Ho cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Pecan Meal (or can use finely chopped walnuts)
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, place on greased cookie sheet and bake approximately 10 minutes at 400 degrees. When cooled, place in casserole dish, cover with favorite tomato sauce and bake approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until sauce is bubbling.

EASY TOMATO SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1/3 can water
1/2 tsp. basil

Mix together and pour sauce on top of meat balls.
