SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
16 oz. (2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack Pancake mix
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1/6 tsp. cayenne pepper
Paprika

Heat oven to 375 degree oven. Lightly grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, milk and egg. Mix. Lightly spoon pancake mix into measuring cup, level off. Add pancake mix, onion soup mix and pepper, blend well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets, sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from pan immediately, serve warm. 60 to 72 snacks.
