CHEESE STUFFED MEAT BALLS 
1 can tomato soup or pizza sauce
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. Italian flavored fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into sm. cubes

Mix half of soup and rest of ingredients except cheese. Shape into meatballs with a cube of cheese in the middle of each one. These can either be fried or microwaved until done and then served with rest of sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
