COTTAGE CHEESE MEAT BALLS 
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. ground pecans
3 eggs
1 lg. onion, minced

Combine all ingredients, form into balls. Place in pan, cover with tomato sauce. Balls will be soft but will set up while baking. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. 266 calories per serving.
