BIRTHDAY CHIFFON CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
7 egg yolks
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. orange flavoring
2 tsp. orange rind
10 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl. Make well and add oil, egg yolks, orange juice, flavoring and rind. Bate until well blended.

In separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff peaks form. Fold in egg mixture into egg whites and fold until blended.

Bake in a 9x13 inch ungreased pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
