MICROWAVE GRANOLA 
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Any dried fruits

In 3 quart microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, honey, oil and cinnamon. Cook on high 2 minutes or until it bubbles. Add vanilla and stir. Stir in rest of ingredients except fruits. Cook on high a total of 6-8 minutes, depending on how toasted you like it. Stir every 2 minutes. When done add fruits. Allow to cool several hours, stirring a few times per hour to break up chunks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
