CHICKEN SUPREME 
6 oz. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. half & half
2 c. chopped chicken
1/3 c. pimento
1/3 c. chopped parsley (or 1 tsp. parsley flakes)
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Cook rice per directions on box. Melt butter, cook onions until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and the half and half. Cook until thickened. Stir in chicken, pimento, parsley, almonds and rice. Place in 3 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes.
