FRENCH MINT PIES 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs

Melt chocolate and add crushed vanilla wafers. Cream butter and add to chocolate along with vanilla and peppermint. Beat powdered sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each one until mixture is fluffy and stiff. Spread crumbs in bottom of paper cup, add mixture and sprinkle more crumbs on top. Serve frozen. Makes 24-30 small pies.
