1/2 gal. green chocolate chip mint ice cream
1 chocolate cookie crumb crust, pre-made or your own

Cream ice cream with electric mixer or blender. Scrape into chocolate crumb shell, cover and re-freeze. Cut into pie slices to serve. Serve with chocolate sauce (optional).
