CHOCOLATE MINT ICE CREAM | |
2 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 tsp. salt 4 pt. half and half 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips 1 1/2 tsp. mint extract Green food coloring Gradually add sugar to eggs. Beat until stiff. Stir in salt, half and half, chocolate and mint extract. Add food coloring to desired shade of green. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let set at least 2 hours. |
