CHOCOLATE CRISP MINT PIE 
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
Garnish: chocolate curls

Combine chocolate morsels and butter in a small, heavy saucepan; cook over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and gradually add to cereal, stir well.

To form a 9-inch pie plate with aluminum foil; place a circle of wax paper over foil in the bottom of pie plate. Press cereal mixture evenly into pie plate. Cool. Invert crust on the back of another 9 inch pie plate; remove foil and wax paper. Return crust to 9 inch pie plate. Spread ice cream into crust and freeze until firm. Garnish if desired. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
