CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Mix with fork: 1/2 c. sugar & 2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Pour half of batter into greased tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cinnamon mixture. Pour rest of batter then top with rest of cinnamon mixture. Press walnuts into cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Done when toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
