CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c sugar
1/4 t salt
2 1/2 c milk, scalded
1 t vanilla
1/4 t nutmeg
1 t flour
unbaked pie crust

Combine flour with sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes until custard is set.
