RUSSIAN POTATO SALAD 
12 to 15 med. size potatoes with skins on
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) jar French dressing
3 tbsp. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
6 to 8 eggs, hard boiled

Boil potatoes in water with salt until fully cooked. Cool potatoes, then skin and dice into mixing bowl. Dice hard boiled eggs; throw in chopped celery and onion. Pour jar of French dressing, 3 heaping tablespoons Miracle Whip, and 2 tablespoons sugar over mixture. Mix together and place in refrigerator for several hours for better flavoring.
