POTATO SALAD 
10 lb. potatoes, cubed
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 to 2 doz. boiled eggs, chopped
1 large onion, diced
4 stalks celery
1/4 c. pickle relish or 6 pickles, diced
1 (32 oz.) jar Miracle Whip
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
salt and pepper

Cook potatoes and drain. While hot, add butter so it can totally melt. Add all other ingredients and blend well. Best, if served after chilling overnight.
