KRISP BUTTERSCOTCH TREATS 
1 (7 oz.) box Rice Krispies (or 8 c.)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter on low heat. Add Rice Krispies when melted. Put half of mixture in greased 9x13 inch pan.

Melt chocolate chips, water, butter and confectioners' sugar together. Pour over layer of Krispies mixture in pan. Then top with the rest of the Krispies mixture. Refrigerate.
