SWEET & SOUR KIELBASA 
1 lb. Polish Kielbasa
1 bottle sweet & sour sauce
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks

Cut kielbasa into medium size chunks and cook until warm in a little water. Add sweet and sour sauce and cut up peppers. Cook until heated through, about 15 minutes on a low fry pan setting. Add pineapple and warm for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
