STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 c. crushed unsalted pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. water
2 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 (12 oz.) frozen strawberries, partially thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pretzels, sugar and butter in bowl. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar in large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Spread mixture over pretzel crust evenly.
