VERY TASTY COLESLAW 
1 lb. savory cabbage
2 med. carrots
1 sm. green onion

Shred or chop fine the ingredients above. Mix well.

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. sour cream
12 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. caraway seed, freshly ground
2 tsp. salt (start with less, adjust to taste)
2 tbsp. Pecos River taco sauce
Or as a variation:
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. Hungarian paprika
Crystal hot sauce to taste

Mix dressing ingredients. Combine with cabbage etc. Best if made the night before to let the flavors marry.
