ORIENTAL COLESLAW 
2 c. finely shredded Chinese cabbage (about 1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. chopped jicama
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. coarsely shredded carrot
Sesame Dressing (below)

Toss all ingredients. Makes 4 servings.

SESAME DRESSING:

3 tbsp. rice or white wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
2 tsp. low-sodium Soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Mix all ingredients.
