SNAPPY BEAN AND CORN SALAD 
1 can whole green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 med. finely diced onion
1 stalk finely diced celery
1 can chopped pimentos
1/4 c. finely shredded red cabbage
1 med. thin sliced cucumber
2 c. torn sm. lettuce
1/2 c. chopped olives
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. vinegar 1/8 tsp. paprika

Put all except last 3 ingredients in a bowl. Toss together with vinegar and paprika and let stand 10 minutes. Add dressing and toss again gently. Garnish with thinly sliced carrot strips. Serve immediately. Serves 4-8. Lettuce may be omitted.
