CUCUMBER RELISH 
12 lg. cucumbers
5 med. onions
5 green peppers, seeded
1 tbsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. ground turmeric
4 c. cider vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar

Chop together cucumbers, onions and green peppers, then in large saucepan add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 1/2 hours.

Pour into warm sterilized jars and cover with two layers of wax paper and one layer of aluminum foil. Tie securely with string. May be eaten immediately.
