CUCUMBER JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cucumber
Onion salt
1 tsp. or more horseradish

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool until the consistency of egg white. Add lemon juice. Meanwhile chop cucumber and sprinkle with onion salt to taste. Fold into Jello above with horseradish, according to its strength.
