1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. carob
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Mix sugar, carob and butter. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Add vanilla and boiling water. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased 9x13 pan.
