CAROB CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. carob powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. powder flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend the first 5 ingredients with a little milk, for 4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Pour into two 9-inch round pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Beat until stiff and ice the cake.
