MOIST CAROB CAKE | |
1 c. unbleached flour 1 c. w. w. flour 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 4 tbsp. carob powder 1 c. oil 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. boiling water Mix all ingredients together, except the water, until smooth. Slowly add the boiling water; beating until all is smooth again. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. May frost with carob frosting. |
