CHEESE & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, cubed into 1/4 inch cubes
1 plus c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned & drained

Arrange above in 2 layers in square pan and cover with mixture of:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of oregano

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered. Can be made the night before (recommended) and refrigerated, covered, overnight.

Serves 8.
