ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 eggs
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. oil

Mix well and pour in greased pan (12 x 9 x 2 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
