JORJA'S STUFFED HOT DOGS | |
Great for kids! mashed potatoes (your choice) 1 package hot dogs 4-5 medium sized potatoes 1 lb. cheddar cheese Whip up some mashed potatoes to your liking. Cover, and hold off on those for a while. Boil hot dogs until done. Cover large cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place cooked hot dogs on cookie sheet about 3 to 4 inches apart. Split hot dogs with knife long ways (don't split all of the way through) Once you have split your hot dogs, fill them with a good amount of mashed potatoes... (and don't be shy, give them dogs some good potato lovin'). Slice block of cheese and lay 2-3-4 (you decide, are you a cheese person???) slices on the top of the stuffed dogs. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy... And don't forget who told ya! Submitted by: Jorja |
