ICE CREAM CAKE | |
36 Oreo cookies 1/3 c. melted butter Roll cookies with rolling pin. Mix with butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and spread over cookie crusts. FREEZE. While ice cream is freezing, melt: 4 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. sugar Bring to boil and cook until thickened. Cool and pour over ice cream. Spread 1 large container of Cool Whip over mixture. Chill and serve. |
