ICE CREAM CAKE | |
42 Oreo cookies, crushed 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 jar chocolate fudge topping 1 c. Spanish peanuts 8 oz. Cool Whip Mix crushed cookies with butter. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan, reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs. Spread ice cream on top of cookies, freeze until firm. Layer fudge, peanuts and Cool Whip top with remaining crumbs. Cover with foil and freeze until hard. |
