1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 lg. pkgs. pistachio pudding

Crush cookies. Melt butter; mix together. Press into bottom of glass baking dish. Soften ice cream, add Cool Whip and pudding. Fold together. Spread on crusts. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
