TWINKIE PIE 
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box Twinkies
1 c. chopped pecans
Cool Whip

Butter a Pyrex 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Melt chips; add beaten egg yolks to chocolate chips. Set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla slowly as you beat egg whites. Fold into chocolate mixture. Layer in pan Twinkies (cut in thirds length wise), chocolate mixture and pecans. Repeat. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
