BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Mini chocolate chips

Blend together topping ingredients; set aside. Mix ingredients for cup cakes. Fill 1/2 of cupcake tin with batter. Add heaping tablespoon of cream cheese topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
