HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING 
1 c. sour cream or low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. green onions, minced
1 tbsp. coarse-grained dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender container. Whirl on low speed to blend. Add mustard, honey, and olive oil; blend until thick. Taste for seasoning and add accordingly. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Makes 2 cups.
