GREEN PEPPER BEEF 
2 tbsp. oil or bacon grease
2 lb. round steak
3 lg. green peppers
3 lg. tomatoes or 1 qt.
1 lg. onion
1-2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour

Slice at an angle steak, peppers, and tomatoes (if fresh) and onion. Sprinkle flour over all this then add to 2 tablespoons of oil along with garlic. Brown all this together in a pan then add the water stir to make sure there were no lumps and it thicken like paste. Cook on very low heat or in oven at a low temperature until everything is cooked. Add salt and pepper and serve over noodles.
