GREEN PEA CASSEROLE 
1 can Le Seur peas, drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. melted butter

Combine peas, water chestnuts, onion and soup. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine crackers and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
